Mindful self-care includes the five areas of PMSS wellness - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social - and is vital for building resilience towards life's stressor that we must deal with on a regular basis.
At FNLocal, we believe practicing mindful self-care can include a conscious focus on all of the PEMSS by participating in activities with a group of like-minded individuals that also promotes building community. Socialization is key to mindful self-care as close connections are important to overall well-being. Mental and social self-care are cultivated together through the activities you enjoy the most.
